Travel Stories: Cristina Cavatore
Travel and summer style tips from Cristina Cavatore, standing out with her authentic and elegant style
Milan born Cristina Cavatore has been working in fashion/luxury industry for many years and is presently the Chief Marketing Officer of Corneliani. She adores travelling, mentioning she is very curious and open minded by nature. “I travel a lot for work and enjoy it but nothing beats travelling for holiday –and there are two kinds here, either to relax or to see new places. I personally prefer the prior as I live a pretty full life but all travel opens the mind and feeds the soul. I am fortunate not to have to live without it,” says Cavatore, sharing details from the boat trip she did along the coast of Turkey and Greece as well as giving tips for her summer style.
Ideal summer vacation is…
Near the sea and real quality time with close family and close friends.
In the photos, you are in…

Spots worth visiting…
Symi in Greece and the ancient city of Aphrodisias in Turkey.

“Gokova is absolutely incredible –the coast is super lush and green, and the water extremely clean and fresh, perfect for a swim. It hardly seems real from how beautiful and unique it is.”
Best spots for a dive-in…
I love Hisaronu. We were anchored across from the ancient ruin there. It’s so magical and the water is incredible. Gokova is also absolutely incredible –the coast is super lush and green, and the water extremely clean and fresh, perfect for a swim. It hardly seems real from how beautiful and unique it is. I also loved Orak Adasi in Bodrum.
Favorite summer cocktail…
Vodka grapefruit, a chilled glass of Baron De L and/or Whispering Angel.
“Relax, enjoy the sun and your family and friends. Laugh, eat, drink and sleep. Don’t think too much!”
