  • Can I return products I have purchased from haremlique.com and haremliquealamer.com? What is the Return Policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, we gladly accept the non-washed, appropriate products or defective goods that will be returned on time. The Return Policy is as follows;
You can return the products you want to return within 15 days from the date you receive the order, by filling out the return form together with the returned product. In order for the products to be returned, they must comply with the return conditions. The returned goods must include the package and the labels. Used goods cannot be returned as long as they are not defective.

  • How long does the refund procedure take after the return of the product?

If the returned items meet the return requirements, our company will return the refunds to the bank within 2 business days. You can follow the subsequent process from your bank.

  • What should I do if the order cannot be delivered to me by the contracted cargo company?

If you are not at your address on the day of arrival, a notification is left at your door by the cargo company and your consignment is taken to the distribution office of the cargo company. Your shipments that are not received from the distribution office within 3 business days are returned to our company. Once you are contacted and the necessary arrangements are made for your products reaching the warehouse, your consignment may be resent to you. If you cannot be contacted your order is cancelled and the fee for it is returned in the method you made the payment.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

If the status of your order appears as “delivered to the cargo company”, you can contact the cargo company to forward the changes. You can request an address change for the products that have not be delivered to the cargo company yet.

  • How do I pay? What are my payment options?

The following forms of payment are accepted for purchases from Haremlique.com:

  1. You can make a payment using the credit card of a bank you wish.
  2. You can pay by debit and ATM cards.
  • What are the product supply conditions and delivery time?

Your order will be sent to your registered shipping address within 3 working days by cargo. Kindly check your delivery address before submitting your order.

Shipping  and delivery conditions for Europe:
Your order will be delivered within 7 business days after  acceptance.

Shipping  and delivery conditions for the USA:
Your order will be delivered within 7 business days after it is accepted.

Shipping and delivery conditions for Middle East Countries:
Your order will be delivered within 7 business days after it is accepted.

  • What should I be careful about during the cargo delivery?

If the cargo has been subject to crushing, deformation, wetness or there is a damage on the package when the cargo is delivered to you, check the condition of your products by opening the package together with the cargo officer. If the product in the package is damaged, do not take the delivery and ask the cargo company to make a record for it. The recorded products will be delivered to our company by the cargo company and the products will be exchanged by us.

  • Which cargo company will deliver the order?

We send the domestic consignments by Yurtiçi Kargo and use DHL for international shipments.

  • Will I pay shipping charges when I take delivery of my purchased product?

Domestic deliveries are made free of charge. The shipping costs of your overseas purchases will be determined at the time of your order.

  • Do you keep my credit card information?

Your credit card information is not kept by our company.

  • Is my personal information secure at haremlique.com and haremliquealamer.com?

ID information provided by you during membership registration and during shopping are kept in accordance with the membership contract.

  • Should I update my membership information? Can I pay at the door while I take delivery of the products?

All up-to-date information about your order will be shared through your contact details that you declare while creating a membership, so if your information changes, it is recommended you update it from your account.

  • I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can create a new password by clicking on the "Forgot password" button by entering your e-mail address that you created in our system.

  • Can I send gifts via haremlique.com and haremliquealamer.com?

You can add the address you wish to send a gift to as a shipping address, so you can ensure that your gift is delivered to the specified address.

  • Is it possible to get my purchase as a present package from Haremlique.com?

You can make your gift package choice while creating your order.

  • Is it possible to send a gift package beside my product?

You need to add a note when creating your order for the products that you do not want to be sent as a gift package and you want to make the package yourself.

  • How can I use campaign and discount coupon codes?

While giving your order confirmation, you can use our campaign offer by entering the campaign coupon code appropriate for the products in your basket in the "Coupon Code" field and clicking "Apply".
